5. Rental Applications & Tenancy Databases (Queensland)

As part of the rental application process, we may use tenancy databases, including TICA, to check an applicant’s rental history.

Where we use a tenancy database:

we comply with Queensland tenancy legislation and fair practice guidelines
we take reasonable steps to ensure information is accurate, relevant and lawful
individuals may request access to information held about them in a tenancy database directly from the database operator

tenancy database operators (including TICA, where applicable)
