Hello, I’m Sue Ward

I’m the owner and licensee of Sue Ward Real Estate, an independent boutique agency based in Banksia Beach on Bribie Island.

I help people sell their homes, look after their investment properties and make confident decisions about their next move. With more than 25 years in real estate, I bring practical experience, honest advice and personal attention to every client relationship.

Experience built from the ground up

My real estate career began in 2000, starting in administration and growing through property management, marketing, operations, sales and business ownership.

That background helps me understand the work behind a successful property transaction—from preparing a home and organising its marketing to communicating with buyers and keeping things moving towards settlement.

My clients include families, investors, people downsizing and those managing a sale during a significant life change. Each situation deserves its own approach.

Bribie Island, Moreton Bay and continuing Gold Coast connections

Today, I’m based on Bribie Island, assisting clients in Banksia Beach, Bongaree, Bellara, Woorim and nearby mainland communities, including Sandstone Point, Ningi, Beachmere, Caboolture, Morayfield and Burpengary East.

I also continue to provide sales and property management services on the Gold Coast, where I have established clients and longstanding relationships.

Residential, acreage and lifestyle property

My experience spans residential homes, acreage and lifestyle properties. I work with owners to identify what makes their property appealing and how to present it to the right buyers.

That may involve practical presentation advice, coordinating trades, organising styling or developing a marketing approach suited to the home. Throughout the campaign, I keep clients informed so they can make decisions with a clear understanding of their options.

Personal property management

An investment property deserves ongoing attention. My approach centres on communication, tenant selection, regular inspections, maintenance coordination and rent reviews.

I take the time to understand each owner’s priorities and help them stay informed about their property. Whether you’re an experienced investor or preparing to rent out your first home, I’m happy to talk through how I can help.
